Glass, acoustic and movable partition systems: surveyed, fabricated and installed for commercial interiors.

  • Glass systems
  • Acoustic build-ups
  • Demountable

Systems we supply

Each system is quoted as a package: panels, profiles, doors, seals, fixings and installation.

Glass partition walls

Single or double-glazed runs, frameless or with a slim profile, for cellular offices and meeting rooms.

  • Toughened or laminated safety glass
  • Flush floor channel and ceiling track
  • Hinged, sliding or pivot door sets
  • Manifestation, frosted bands or printed film

Mobile and movable walls

Top-hung panel sets that divide a hall or training room and park out of the way when it is opened up again.

  • Top-hung running gear, no floor track
  • Manual or semi-automatic seals
  • Parking bay in recess or adjacent room
  • Single-panel operation by one person

Acoustic partition walls

Solid double-skin walls where speech privacy governs the layout rather than the sightlines.

  • Double-skin build-up with cavity insulation
  • Tested system build-ups, stated per project
  • Matched acoustic door and glazing sets
  • Flanking detail at ceiling grid and raised floor

Office partitioning packages

A whole floor layout in one scope: solid, glazed and combination walls set out from your plan.

  • Solid, glazed and mixed wall runs
  • Cable routes and switch boxes inside the wall
  • Coordination with ceiling grid and raised floor
  • Interfaces with sprinkler, lighting and HVAC

Planning and installation service

For architects and facility managers who need the detail resolved before the package goes out.

  • On-site survey of the as-built opening
  • Shop drawings and junction details for approval
  • Installation programme by phase or floor
  • Handover file with panel codes and surfaces

Build-ups are selected per project against the ceiling, floor and acoustic requirement — ask for the system data sheet with your quote.

How the work is done

Measured after the shell, not from the plan

Panels are cut to the opening we survey on site. Tolerance is taken up in the connection profile, not with a thick bead of silicone.

Acoustics treated as a whole wall

The glass, the door, the seals and the flanking path at ceiling and raised floor are specified together, because the weakest junction sets the result.

Demountable by design

Walls come apart and go back up on a new grid line. Panels are coded in the handover file so a later move is a relocation, not a demolition.

Installation on occupied floors

Phased or out-of-hours fitting with dust containment and protected routes, so the rest of the tenancy keeps working.

Data an office planner can use

CAD details, system build-ups, glass and surface schedules issued in a format you can drop straight into the tender set.

One trade, one responsibility

Survey, fabrication, delivery and fitting sit with us, so the site has one contact for the partition package instead of three.

Scope of supply

A quoted partition package is written as a scope, so there is no argument on site about who supplies what.

Included in our scope

Normally by others

Where the boundary sits differently on your project, say so in the enquiry and it is priced that way.

Questions planners ask first

Can the walls be taken down and reused on another layout?

That is what the systems are built for. Panels and profiles are mechanically fixed rather than bonded, and the handover file lists each panel with its size and surface, so a later re-plan reuses the stock instead of skipping it.

What acoustic performance will I get?

It depends on the build-up and, just as much, on the flanking path over the ceiling and under the raised floor. We state the tested system values for the build-up we are offering and detail the junctions that have to be sealed for that value to mean anything on site.

Do you work from our drawings?

Yes. Send the floor plan and the ceiling and floor build-ups; we return shop drawings and junction details for approval, and fabrication only starts once those are signed off.

Can you install while the floor stays occupied?

Yes — in phases, out of hours or over a weekend, with dust containment and a protected delivery route. The programme is agreed before the first panel arrives on site.

Does the partition package include the doors?

Door leaves, frames, hardware, closers and locking are part of the package and are matched to the wall they sit in, including on acoustic and glazed runs.

What do you need to price a project?

A floor plan with the proposed wall lines, the clear height, the ceiling and floor construction, the acoustic requirement if there is one, and the target date for handover.

From the people who specify it

★★★★★
They surveyed after the screed went down and the glass fitted the opening without packers. The shop drawings came back with the ceiling junction already solved.
Katrin, office planner
★★★★★
We re-planned two floors and reused most of the panels. Having the panel codes in the handover file is what made that possible.
Jonas, facility manager
★★★★☆
Technical answers, in writing, with build-ups attached. The acoustic detail at the raised floor was raised by them before I asked about it.
Miriam, architect
★★★★★
Fitting ran over three weekends while the tenancy stayed open. Containment went up on Friday evening and the floor was clear on Monday.
Sven, project lead

Send the project to us

Tell us what you are dividing and we will come back with the questions needed to price it properly.

  • Your enquiry is read by the planning team, not a call centre.
  • First reply covers the open points: opening sizes, ceiling and floor build-up, acoustic target.
  • Next step is a drawing review — send a floor plan and we mark up what the systems need.
